Located on Nipigon Bay in Gurney, ON, this “tiny” 7’ x 14’ cedar barrel is thoughtfully designed for up to four guests. With everything provided for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway, all you need to bring are your belongings, food, beverages, and yourself.

Prepare breakfast in your private, fully equipped outdoor BBQ kitchen, then enjoy it in your exclusive gazebo living room. Rain or shine, the covered, netted gazebo—with its cozy propane fire pit—offers a comfortable space to unwind.
Exclusive beachfront sauna: Drift Barrel now includes its very own private sauna right on the beach. Soothe your body and mind while taking in the serene views of Lake Superior.
At the beach, you’ll also find a private fire pit and beach chairs for your exclusive use.
Your site includes a private porta potty bathroom and a changing station. Towels, toiletries, and eco-friendly soaps are provided for your convenience.
For those who like to stay connected, limited Wi-Fi access is available at your site, with a shared picnic area offering stronger connectivity.
