Weather Preparedness

Lake Superior’s weather can change quickly, so it’s best to come prepared.

We recommend packing layers, including warm clothing and rain gear, to ensure your comfort during your stay.

While sturdy footwear can be helpful for certain terrain, we also encourage guests to go barefoot and experience grounding as part of reconnecting with nature.

Accessibility

Cypress Sleeper Barrels are located in a natural, rustic setting that may not be suitable for all mobility levels.

Please note that the terrain is uneven, and the barrels, along with the port-a-potty facilities, are not wheelchair accessible.
